Check-In and Check-Out
All visitors must report to reception upon arrival, sign in and register your vehicle, if applicable. Failure to register your vehicle will result in a PCN. You must sign out whenever you leave the premises and sign back in upon return.
Conduct and Behaviour
Please be aware that you are entering a professional working environment. All visitors are expected to conduct themselves respectfully. The following are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate removal from the premises:
- Offensive or inappropriate language
- Theft or deliberate damage
- Possession or use of alcohol or drugs
- Any actions that may endanger staff, contractors, or other visitors
- Any other form of unsuitable behaviour.
We kindly ask that you do not touch, climb on, or attempt to sit in any of the vehicles. Please also avoid leaning on the tyres. The cars are positioned on plinths that may shift if disturbed, posing a risk of injury or damage.
Reports of misconduct will be addressed with the individual and/or group leader involved. Depending on the severity, this may result in removal from the site.
Photography Policy
Photography is not permitted anywhere on Red Bull Technology Group premises without prior authorisation.
All photography equipment, including mobile phones, must be switched off and stored away for the duration of your visit. This includes 'Meta Glasses' or any item equivalent.
Red Bull Technology Group reserves the right to enforce this policy. Failure to comply may result in removal from the site and the deletion of any unauthorised photos or videos.
For Factory Tours, MK-7 Experiences, and Race Screenings, your host will advise where photography is allowed.
Confidentiality
Visitors must not disclose any business information they may become aware of during their time on-site.
Age Restrictions
- Visitors under 16 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times.
- Visitors under 12 are not permitted on Factory Tours or Race Screening Experiences.
- Children under 5 are not permitted on MK-7 Experiences.
Health & Safety
All visitors are required to follow Red Bull Technology Group’s safety and well-being policies. Please adhere to all staff instructions and venue signage throughout your visit.
